This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by Aus Sports Law Pty Ltd (Aus Sports Law) via the website located at www.aussportslaw.com.au.

What Information Do We Collect?

The kind of personal information that we collect from you will depend on how you use the website. The personal information which we collect and hold about you may include:

Your personal information may also be exposed from time to time to maintenance and support personnel acting in the normal course of their duties. Your account name on the Krog Law platform will be disclosed and will be able to be seen by other Aus Sports Law Users. Aus Sports Law reserves the right to disclose your personal information to the following entities or for the following purposes:

  2. service providers such as technical support or administrative services;

  3. other third parties such as marketing consultants and advisors;

  4. law enforcement or regulatory authorities;

  5. sale or transfer of Aus Sports Law’s business or assets; and

We do not presently intend to disclose any personal information to third parties located overseas. This may change in the future and, if it does, we will update this policy accordingly.

All complaints will be considered by head of business operations and we may seek further information from you to clarify your concerns. If we agree that your complaint is well founded, we will, in consultation with you, take appropriate steps to rectify the problem. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may refer the matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
